The Company
Two founders. One studio.
M² Digital Venture was founded to build digital products — not just plan them.
Our Story
M² Digital Venture was founded by Marni Nastari and Michael Iseli — two founders with different strengths, perspectives and experience, brought together by a shared approach to building businesses.
The M² stands for more than two names. It represents what happens when complementary strengths come together: ideas become products, technology becomes business, and individual capabilities multiply into something greater.
We founded M² around a simple observation: many digital projects struggle because business and technology are treated as separate disciplines. Some are built with strong technology but without a viable business behind them. Others start with a promising business idea but lack the product and technology needed to make it work.
At M², we build both at the same time.
We design, build and operate digital products, platforms and business models — from the initial idea to a working business. We do this for our own ventures as well as for companies we partner with.
Our Philosophy
What we believe about building digital products.
Less talk. More building.
We form an opinion fast and build something real to test it, instead of producing decks about what could be built.
Business determines technology.
The tech stack is a consequence of the business model, not the other way around. We decide what to build before we decide how.
Technology should create measurable value.
If we can't point to what a piece of software actually improved — time, cost, revenue, retention — we haven't finished the job.
Simple beats complicated.
The simplest system that solves the real problem is the right one. Complexity is a cost, not a sign of sophistication.
Long-term beats short-term.
We build things we're still willing to stand behind in five years, not just things that ship this quarter.
How We Think
Principles, not slogans.
Think like owners, not vendors.
Build for scale from day one.
Solve problems that are real, not just interesting.
Execution is the strategy.
Long-term beats short-term, every time.
Technology only matters if it creates value.
Have an idea worth building?
Let's talk about what it would take to build it properly.
