Most SaaS products fail before they're technical problems — they fail as business problems. We start with the model: who pays, why, and what has to be true for the product to hold up at scale. Then we design and build the product around it, with an architecture that doesn't need to be rebuilt the moment it starts working.
Digital Platforms
A platform has to work for more than one type of user at once — and stay coherent as more of them join. We build the underlying structure (roles, permissions, data flow, integrations) before we design a single screen, so the platform can grow without becoming unmanageable.
Marketplaces
Marketplaces live or die on trust, liquidity and the mechanics that sit between supply and demand — search, matching, payments, reviews, disputes. We build that infrastructure with the two-sided problem in mind from day one, not as an afterthought once one side is already live.
Automation & AI
We look for the manual, repetitive, error-prone steps inside a real process and remove them — with straightforward automation where that's enough, and AI where it genuinely adds judgment or speed a rule-based system can't. The goal is measurable time or cost saved, not an AI feature for its own sake.
Custom Business Software
Off-the-shelf software forces a business to adapt to it. We build the reverse: internal tools, dashboards and systems shaped around how your team actually works, so the software fits the business instead of the business bending around the software.
Venture Building
